The Cedrool
(Cedroolis
Oridinaris)
Cedrool
(pronounced "Gegrool") is the
Italian-American or dialectical Italian word for cucumber. (Cetriolo
is the standard, authentic Italian word.)
Basically, in slang, it means
"a big dope." That's how I have always understood
it. Below is an
example of a cedool as he munches on Cheetos and
watches (perhaps) a
dirty movie.
You might also call him a Jooch
(Neopolital dialect from ciuccio,
jackass). Usually a big lumbering dopey person.
